Atlanta Food Festival Welcomes Takashi Grill

Atlanta Food Festival would like to welcome Takashi Grill to the #ATLFoodFest.

With excellent Yelp ratings, Takashi Grill is a hibachi and sushi Japanese grill that you will enjoy. At Takashi Grill, all our ingredients are hand selected for quality and impeccable freshness, then hand cut, prepared and rolled by hand at the sushi counter. The way the sushi made is amazing to watch, as the chef deftly chooses and arranges the seafood, fish, rice and other elements into edible works of art whose beauty is only surpassed by their delicate and complex tastes.

Sashimi is thinly sliced seafood, typically fish, whose quality is so high it requires no cooking to reach it’s optimal flavor and texture. When combined with specially prepared sushi rice and sometimes condiments, scallions, vegetables, etc. it’s referred to as Nigiri. Sushi consists of similar items rolled inside a layer of rice and papery, edible seaweed, then sliced into bite-sized pieces that reveal their intricate, artful patterns. It’s really delicious!

Sashimi quality fish and seafood has magical properties. When sliced and prepared correctly, the oil and fat in the fish literally melts in your mouth and delivers all the flavor at once. Taste it in combination with the slightly vinegary flavor of the rice, a salty dip of soy sauce and a dab of bracing wasabi (similar to horseradish) and you are on your way to Shinto heaven.
