Atlanta Food Festival Welcomes Pho Sho Sandwiches and Pastries to the Food Festival.


Pho Sho Sadwiches and Pastries: For many years, Chef Mark Gallagher has been serving Georgians the finest and most authentic foods from around the world. On his days off from the kitchen he enjoys the soup soothing effects of rice noodles in broth known as "pho". And boxes full of crusty baguette sandwiches filled with savory delights called "banh mi". Now he has hit the streets in his self-built Dragon-Mobile. A master peice of culinary design utilizing only the fresh and locally sourced produce for his banh mi sandwiches. These sandwiches, originally sold in the street stalls of major Vietnamese cities. Now available on the streets of Atlanta from a food truck known as Pho Sho Sandwiches and Pastries. Specializing in pho rice noodle soup, banh mi sandwiches and fresh baked croissants, cookies and other sweet and savory pastries. All made with love and care on his food truck. His mission is to expose Atlanta and the world to the pleasures of Vietnamese cuisine and to serve healthy satisfying fast food.
